What is included
- One business location, one AI receptionist and one US local number.
- Inbound call answering, caller-detail capture, approved FAQ responses, one booking calendar and company email alerts.
- 300 AI-handled call minutes per service month, including the free month. Local inbound call charges and number rental are included.
- Ongoing monitoring, business-day email support and two small greeting or FAQ updates per month.
Unused minutes do not roll over. Additional blocks apply to the current month only. No automatic overage charges.
SMS, automatic outbound callbacks, technician dispatch, live transfers, homeowner payment collection and additional integrations are excluded unless separately agreed, configured and tested.
Setup and billing
Target setup is 5–10 business days after setup payment, signed agreement and acknowledgment, and complete business information/access. Carrier approvals, number porting or missing information may extend the timeline. We confirm your launch date after acceptance testing.
Your free month starts at the mutually agreed go-live date. Your first paid monthly date is one calendar month later, with the exact date confirmed in writing. Setup payment alone does not authorize monthly billing; separate recurring consent is required.
Cancellation and refunds
Month-to-month. Email [email protected] before the next renewal to cancel. Cancellation during the free month prevents the first monthly charge. No prorated refund for voluntary cancellation of an already-started service month. Setup is nonrefundable once agreed work is completed; before completion, only documented completed work is retained. Duplicate charges and undelivered service are addressed under the completed agreement and applicable law.
Service expectations
AI may misunderstand callers. No revenue, appointment volume, error-free operation or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Your staff remain responsible for reviewing alerts, follow-up, pricing and completing jobs. Booking is not technician dispatch or emergency response.
Email support is available Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays, with a target initial response within two business days.
