Information you choose to provide

If you email us, we receive the information in your message. If you call our demo, our service platform may process your phone number, information you share, call records, recordings or transcripts, call summaries, and demo appointment details. Use fictional service details during testing and do not provide payment details or other sensitive information.

How we use information

We use inquiries to respond to your requests, run the demo, arrange requested conversations, and evaluate and improve the service. Demo appointments do not arrange real HVAC work.

Service providers

We use HighLevel and its connected phone and AI services to operate the call demo, and email and website hosting providers to run this site and respond to inquiries. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as an IP address when the font is requested.

Text messaging

SMS is not currently enabled. Sending an inquiry or calling the demo does not enroll you in marketing texts. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Service providers may process this information to deliver messages you have requested when messaging becomes available.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided by emailing us. We may need to verify the request. Information may need to be retained to fulfill your request, maintain service records, or meet applicable obligations. Please avoid including sensitive information in the request.

Website forms and email

The inquiry form prepares an email in your email application. It does not submit information to us until you send that email. This email form does not save entries to a customer database or browser storage. The separate HighLevel chat widget collects your name, phone number, message, and the consent provided when you submit it. HighLevel processes these details to help us respond to inquiries and document messaging preferences. SMS replies remain pending approval.
