Review and sign your setup acknowledgment
Start after your customer agreement is accepted and setup payment is confirmed.
1. Gather the business basics
- Legal and public business names, service address and website.
- Business hours, time zone and holiday rules.
- Services offered and cities or ZIP codes served.
- Common questions, approved answers and pricing rules.
2. Decide where leads go
- Staff email addresses for new-call alerts.
- Booking calendar, appointment length and scheduling rules.
- Fallback phone number and incident contact.
- Which situations require a human follow-up.
3. Complete setup together
Cristopher arranges calendar access and phone routing directly with the authorized business owner. Never send passwords or payment-card details through the intake form or email.
4. Test and approve
Test call answering, caller corrections, bookings, notifications and fallback routing. Approve the configuration and confirm the exact go-live, free-month and first paid dates in writing.
